The barrel carrying case is great, not only because no other company I know of makes one, but because it's nicely made with a working latch. It has nice weathering and an adjustable strap. The mg34 barrel is the same one that comes with the mg34 machine gun set (naturally) and fits in the case perfectly. Next up we have the belts of bullets. These are very nicely painted and have incredible detail. They are made of a soft rubber so they are very flexible and hang and twist like a real belt of bullets. I put these on the shoulder of my machine gunner and it makes him look awesome. You can load the belt in the mg34 or store them in the ammunition box which is the last item in the set. This piece is head and shoulders over the TUS version. All the handles are real handles, and the latch is a real latch, which locks the lid down. And of course the belts fit in the box perfectly.
All in all, this is an excellent set that will make your machine gunner that much more realistic. I bought mine for $11.00 at Good Stuff to Go and I feel that it was worth every penny. I am still debating whether or not to buy the 2nd mg34 accessory set as I would be getting nothing new with it other than a more detailed ammo drum carrying case. Oh well, Yellow Submarine has got a good thing going with their line of 1/6 accessories and I am sure I will puchase more.
